What's included in Whole-Home Wi-Fi?

Our Whole-Home Wi-Fi includes a Triangle-provided router, expert installation, and ongoing local support. We help ensure your Wi-Fi is set up properly and delivering reliable coverage throughout your home. If additional coverage is needed, our technicians can evaluate your home's layout and recommend the best solution.

What plan is right for me?

For most households, our 300 Mbps plan provides more than enough speed for streaming, gaming, working from home, video calls, and everyday internet use. If you have a large household, many connected devices, or simply want additional capacity, our 500 Mbps plan may be a better fit. Not sure? Our local team is happy to help.

Do you offer phone service too?

Yes! Every internet plan includes home phone service (VoIP) with free calling features.

Are there any fees to get started?

A one-time $30 connect fee applies to new internet service. Returning to Triangle? For a limited time, we'll waive the connection fee and give you your first month free. If your account requires a deposit or has a previous balance, we'll discuss that with you before your installation.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. Triangle's internet plans include a simple six-month service agreement. If service is disconnected before the agreement is complete, a $25 early termination fee will apply. In some cases, your equipment will need to be returned.
