SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER CEO MESSAGE

We’re excited to welcome members back to the Triangle Communications Complex in Havre for this year’s Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

The Annual Meeting is one of our favorite cooperative traditions and a great opportunity to bring members together. We hope you’ll join us to hear updates about the work we’ve been doing, learn more about what’s ahead for Triangle, and celebrate another year of progress at your cooperative. It’s also a chance to visit with our employees and trustees, ask questions, enjoy a great meal, and maybe even take home one of our prizes.

This year’s meeting also includes Board of Trustees elections for Districts 1 and 3. Candidate biographies are available on our website, and ballots were mailed to members in August. Completed ballots must be returned by October 8 to be counted.

We are again working with Survey & Ballot Systems to administer the election. When you receive your ballot and Annual Meeting Notice Book, I encourage you to take a few minutes to review the information and participate in the election. We truly appreciate every member who votes, including those who may not be able to attend the Annual Meeting. Voting is a simple but important way to have your voice heard and take an active role in your cooperative.

Our Bits & Bytes member appreciation events are also back this year in conjunction with the Annual Meeting season. These events give us another opportunity to get out into our service area, visit with members, and say thank you for being part of Triangle. We know not everyone can make the trip to Havre for the Annual Meeting, so Bits & Bytes gives members another chance to meet and visit with Triangle employees and trustees while enjoying a meal on us. And, of course, there are some great prizes including beef and pork packages, bill credits, and more. Follow our Facebook page for updates.

RE-MAILED CAPITAL CREDIT DISCOUNT OFFER

Due to a printing error by our printing company, the Acceptance Form included with your Capital Credit Discount Offer was listed as through December 2004 instead of December 2025. Please note that the dollar amounts shown on your offer were correct. Only the year printed on the Acceptance Form was incorrect. A corrected Acceptance Form was recently mailed to all affected members. If you have already returned your Acceptance Form, no further action is required at this time. We will be contacting you to confirm your acceptance. If we fail to reach you, please fill out the new form you received. To allow everyone additional time to respond, we have extended the acceptance deadline to October 16, 2026. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
