Understanding the lights on your Cyber Power battery backup

If you are in a fiber location, you will have a cyber power box inside your house.  If your phone/internet are out, this is one of the first thigs that should be checked.

It is a white colored box, usually mounted on your wall, and plugged into a power outlet.  Check and make sure it is plugged into a working power outlet.

Depending on the model of cyber power you have, it will display different lights on it.

Model #1
If it is working properly and getting good power from a working outlet, the AC and Output lights should both be lit up green, and the others should be off.

Model #2
If it is working properly and getting good power from a working outlet, the System Status light should be lit up green, and the others should be off.

On either model if those lights are not lit up or are a different color, or if the battery light is red, check and make sure it is plugged in and also make sure whatever outlet it is plugged in to, has power for sure.
