The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB Program). The ACP program helps low-income households pay for broadband service.

*ACP is a government program that reduces the households broadband Internet access service bill. Household will be subject to Triangle’s undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions if member no longer qualifies or does not recertify with ACP. Households may obtain broadband service supported by the ACP from any participating provider of their choosing. Households may transfer their ACP benefit to another provider at any time. Household may make changes to their existing service at any time.
