TRIANGLE’S 71st ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS RECAP

Every fall, our Annual Meeting gives us the chance to pause, connect, and reflect on what it means to be part of a cooperative. This year’s 71st Annual Meeting was no exception. For the first time, we hosted the meeting on our own Triangle Communications Campus - a change we truly enjoyed and hope you did too. It was a great day to see familiar faces, welcome new members, and celebrate the strength of our cooperative community. I want to thank all of the employees who worked at the annual meeting for making it such a great success.

We gathered on October 14th at the Triangle Communications Campus in Havre. After opening remarks and a warm welcome from our Board leadership, I had the opportunity to share an update on the work we’ve accomplished together over the last year. These conversations remind us that Triangle’s history, and its future, are built on the commitment of our members.

As part of the meeting, members elected trustees for Districts 1, 2, and 6. Congratulations to Doug Lowry (District 1), Liz Werk (District 2), and Dave Schwarzbach (District 6) for being elected to continue their service on the board. Combined, these three leaders represent 36 years of dedication to Triangle with their board leadership, and we’re grateful for their ongoing commitment. Thank you also to everyone who took time to vote. Member participation is what keeps your cooperative strong.

Prior to the Annual Meeting, we also enjoyed gathering at our Bits & Bytes events in Winifred and Big Timber. These evenings are a highlight for us - sharing a meal, enjoying high school athletics, and most importantly, visiting with you. Thank you to both schools for hosting, and to all members who joined us.

Whether it’s through an Annual Meeting, a Bits & Bytes event, or a casual conversation, your voice and engagement guide Triangle forward. On behalf of our entire team, thank you for being part of this cooperative and for allowing us to serve you every day.
